What began as a neglected hoarder property was reimagined into a striking Mid-Century Modern retreat. Spearheaded by Joey, owner of Harswells Construction, this personal project showcases bold design choices, deep material contrasts, and an architecturally driven layout. 

The space features clean lines, rich wood tones, and sculptural lighting layered against a minimalist palette. Frome the soaring brick fireplace to the custom wood- and- marble dining table, every detail tells a story of transformation. The primary suite pairs warm textures with artistic form, capturing the quiet luxury of mid-century design with a contemporary edge.

This project reflects not only expert craftmanship but a personal vison brough fully to life.
